SOC 2 Type II Audit in Progress

MailVoy is actively preparing for SOC 2 Type II compliance. We are continuously monitoring our infrastructure through automated compliance platforms to ensure absolute adherence to the AICPA Trust Services Criteria. Our formal audit process is currently underway.

GDPR & DPDP Act Readiness

We fully support our customers acting as Data Controllers. Our architecture provides native tools for Consent Management, Right to Erasure (automated deletion cascades), and Right to Access.
